For those renewing their membership: By renewing your membership you are also consenting to the transfer of all personal data and sensitive data held on you by the unincorporated association to the new SCIO and the continued processing of that data by the new SCIO, provided always that the new SCIO shall process such personal data in compliance with the eight data protection principles as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998.
